Managing Invitations for Couples and Planners

In Seated With Love, invited couples and planners are the people who receive access to the Client Portal for a specific wedding. This portal allows them to participate in the planning process and interact with the venue.

Once invited, they can:

  • Answer planning questions and package selections

  • Build and manage their wedding website

  • Seat guests using the floor plan (if enabled)

  • Communicate with venue staff

  • Manage other planning details related to their wedding

Venues can manage who has access to the portal at any time.


How to Manage Invitations

Follow the steps below to add, remove, or review invitations for couples or planners.

  1. Log in to Seated With Love
    Sign in to your Seated With Love dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Weddings
    From the main navigation, click Weddings.

  3. Open the wedding you want to manage
    Find the wedding and click the Manage button.

  4. Navigate to Invitations
    In the wedding management page, click Invitations.

  5. Manage invited members
    From this page you can:

    • Add people who should have access to the Client Portal

    • Remove people who should no longer have access

    • See whether each person has accepted their invitation


Tip: Invitations can be sent to couples, planners, or anyone involved in the planning process who needs access to the Client Portal.
