Important Documents allow venues to upload files that couples can access at any time through their Client Portal. This helps reduce back-and-forth communication about lost or misplaced files, such as contracts, agreements, or other important documents.
By storing documents directly in Seated With Love, couples always have a central place to find the files related to their wedding.

How to Manage Important Documents
Follow the steps below to upload or remove documents for a wedding.

Log in to Seated With Love
Sign in to your Seated With Love dashboard. -
Navigate to Weddings

Open the wedding you want to manage

Navigate to Documents
In the wedding management page, click Documents.-png.png?width=670&height=318&name=Untitled%20design%20(18)-png.png)

Upload or manage documents
From this page you can:-
Upload important documents for the couple

Delete documents that are no longer needed

Once uploaded, these documents will be available for couples to view anytime through their Client Portal.
