How to Edit a Specific Wedding’s Floor Plan

Seated With Love allows venues to customize the floor plan for individual weddings. When a floor plan template is assigned to a wedding, a copy of that template is created specifically for that couple. This allows you to adjust the layout, tables, and seating without affecting the original template or other weddings.

Follow the steps below to edit a wedding’s floor plan.

Steps to Edit a Wedding Floor Plan

1. Log in to Seated With Love
   Sign in to your Seated With Love dashboard.

2. Navigate to Weddings
   From the main navigation, click Weddings.

3. Find the wedding
   Locate the wedding whose floor plan you want to edit.

4. Open the wedding overview
   Click the Manage button to open the wedding’s management page.

5. Click “Edit Floor Plan”
   On the Overview page, click the Edit Floor Plan button to open the floor editor.

   Note: The Edit Floor Plan button will only appear if a floor plan has been assigned to the wedding.

If the Floor Plan Option Is Missing

If you do not see the Edit Floor Plan button, the couple may not have a floor plan assigned yet. To assign or manage floor plan settings, see:

Tip: Editing a wedding’s floor plan only affects that specific event. The original floor plan template will remain unchanged.
