How to Delete a Planning Item Option

Options allow couples to select from predefined choices when responding to planning items in a package template. Over time, you may want to remove an option if it is no longer offered or needs to be replaced with a new one.

Deleting an option removes it from the planning item so it will no longer appear as a selectable choice for couples.

Steps to Delete a Planning Item Option

1. Log in to Seated With Love
   Sign in to your Seated With Love dashboard.

2. Navigate to Packages
   From the main navigation, click Packages.

3. Select the template you want to edit
   Find and open the package template containing the planning item you want to update.

4. Locate the planning item
   Find the planning item that contains the option you want to remove.

5. Delete the option
   Click the Trash icon next to the option you want to delete.

6. Confirm the deletion
   Once deleted, the option will no longer be available for couples to select.

Tip: If the option was previously selected by couples in existing weddings, review those selections before deleting the option to ensure important information is not lost.
