How to Create a Custom Preferred Vendor Partnership

Custom partnerships allow venues to highlight trusted vendors they regularly work with. By adding preferred vendors to Seated With Love, you can organize vendor relationships and easily recommend them to couples planning their events.

Follow the steps below to create a new Custom Preferred Vendor / Partnership.

Steps

1. Log in to Seated With Love
   Sign in to your Seated With Love account.

2. Navigate to Preferred Vendors
   From the main navigation menu, click Preferred Vendors.

3. Click “Add Partnership”
   On the Preferred Vendors page, click the Add Partnership button.

4. Enter the partner’s name
   In the Name field, type the name of the vendor or company you are partnering with.

5. Add the partner’s website URL
   Enter the vendor’s website URL so users can easily visit their site.

6. Write a description
   Add a short description explaining what the vendor does and how they should be contacted.

7. (Optional) Enter a category
   If applicable, choose a category for the vendor, such as Floral, Photography, or Catering, to help organize your preferred vendor list.
