How to Communicate With Couples
Seated With Love allows venue staff to communicate directly with couples through the platform. Messaging is available once a wedding has been created, the couple has been invited, and communication is enabled for that wedding.
Only staff members assigned to the wedding will be able to message the couple and receive notifications.
Before You Start
Before messaging couples, make sure:

The wedding has been created

The couple has been invited

Communication is enabled for the wedding

You are assigned as staff to the wedding
How to Message a Couple

Log in to Seated With Love
Sign in to your Seated With Love dashboard. -
Navigate to the Weddings page
From the dashboard, click Weddings.-png.png?width=670&height=281&name=Untitled%20design%20(11)-png.png)

Find the wedding you want to manage
Locate the wedding for the couple you want to communicate with.-png.png?width=670&height=427&name=Untitled%20design%20(12)-png.png)

Click “Manage”
Click the Manage button for that wedding to open the wedding management page. -
Open the Communication tab

Enable communication if needed
If communication is disabled, toggle Enable Communication so messaging becomes available. -
Send your message
Once communication is enabled, use the chat window to send messages directly to the couple.
All messages will be saved in the conversation history for that wedding.
Notifications
When messaging is enabled:

Couples receive an email notification when you send them a message.

Assigned venue staff receive an email notification when a couple sends a message.
This ensures both parties stay informed and can respond quickly.
Quick Access to Messages
Messages from couples will also appear on your dashboard homepage, allowing you to quickly see and respond to new messages without navigating through the wedding management page.
