In Seated With Love, Surfaces allow you to add colored background regions to your floor plan that represent different types of terrain or areas within your venue. They help create a more realistic layout by visually distinguishing features such as grass, concrete, parking lots, pathways, and other outdoor or indoor spaces.

Surfaces are especially useful for outdoor venues, where different ground materials can affect ceremony locations, reception layouts, walkways, and guest flow.

Each surface is color-coded, making it easy to identify different areas of your venue at a glance.

How to Add a Surface

Follow these steps to add a surface to your floor plan:

1. Open the Floor Plan Editor.
