This helps keep questionnaires shorter because couples only see the questions that apply to their wedding.

For example, if a couple selects Yes for “Will your ceremony be onsite?”, you can show follow-up questions about ceremony time, ceremony chairs, and the officiant.

What is a condition?

A condition is a follow-up question that appears only when the couple selects a specific answer.

Conditions are useful when one answer needs more information.

Example:

Question: Will your ceremony be onsite?

Option: Yes

Follow-up questions:

• What time will the ceremony begin?
• Do you need ceremony chairs?
• Who is officiating the ceremony?

If the couple does not select Yes, those follow-up questions stay hidden.

Create a condition

1. Go to your venue dashboard.
2. Click Questionnaires.
3. Open the questionnaire you want to edit.
4. Find the question you want to add a condition to.
